Completed day 1. 😊
I did alternating between 30secs of Burpees and 30secs of rest for a total of 3.5 minutes
(so in all I actually worked 2mins).
Got a really low number - 27 😳.
😂
and yes... I did the crappy version of Burpees (i.e. body down to the floor and lift up, rather than a proper push-up 🙈).

Between 8th-14th March I gained an additional 1,214 MEPs... So 86 MEPs short of the target!!

I finally did the 50 push ups.... Was tough (I tried to do all as full on toes push ups +cannot honestly say all were on good form!)
Took me 2mins 25secs (did them in sets of 10 and a couple sets of 5 lol)
