I've had the pleasure of working with Emma throughout this journey, witnessing her unwavering commitment. Beyond the impressive MEPs, Emma's progress has been inspiring. From conquering Kilimanjaro to mastering weight training and significantly boosting her strength, she's consistently exceeded her goals.

It certainly has been a journey hasn't it - one I certainly couldn't have done without your knowledge, support, guidance (and always ready to push me further... and keep count of my reps 😆).

I am so happy with what I have achieved so far, and looking back really does make me proud 😊.

First run since NYC Marathon, 6 miles just under the hour! Solid block of 80% 😆 3 months off running mind you, so not entirely surprised.
