3.5mins of Burpees for 22 days

Last two days to go.....

I think after this, I am not going to want to do another Burpee for a while!

Last set is on Easter Monday!

3.5 minutes of Burpees

Completed day 1. 😊

I did alternating between 30secs of Burpees and 30secs of rest for a total of 3.5 minutes

(so in all I actually worked 2mins).


Got a really low number - 27 😳.

😂

and yes... I did the crappy version of Burpees (i.e. body down to the floor and lift up, rather than a proper push-up 🙈).
