How do I book sessions?

You can book sessions via our booking system Gym Catch.

You will require a account, it is completely FREE to register with us, with no obligation to purchase sessions.

Once registered you have the option of PAYG sessions or book session passes to save money

​

*If you have purchased a pass, this will sit in your gym catch account & ready for you to use until you have used the number of sessions or it expires. PLEASE READ T&C's for passes

What are your alternative booking options?

​

We use a third party booking systems outside of gym catch

Both booking systems are accepted, so if you are a class pass or gym pass holder you can book in for both boxercise and boot camp sessions. Your bookings, data and account are managed by the relevant providers, so please contact them for any further information.

​

Do you offer a trial session

​

Yes we offer the first session free of charge for boot camp and boxercise only, this does not include personal training. After the free session you have the option to PAYG or purchase one of our session passes! Please be aware each session pass is valid for 3 months and are not refundable

How do I pay?

​

We take payment via Stripe, online via gym catch, we do not accept stripe in person. Do not worry if you are not a Stripe account holder, you can still make a payment via Stripe as a guest or simply sign up for a free account.

​

We also accept cash, you can choose to pay for single sessions or for passes, all we ask is for you to inform us what sessions you want to attend due to class numbers and preparation.

What days and times are the sessions on?

Boxercise - Mondays 7pm

Boot Camp - Wednesdays 7pm & Saturday 8:45am*

* Saturday morning sessions subject to change due to weather conditions and/or low attendance levels*

Personal Training - Has to be booked in with your chosen trainer on a day and time that suits both parties. Please get in contact before purchasing sessions

​

Online Fitness - TBC ( May be used as a cover session for Saturdays during the winter months)

What if I can not make my pre booked session?

​

As per our T&Cs we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation & refunds of sessions paid for. If you cancel before the 24 hours you can just re arrange your session at a more convenient time. If you are a class pass or gym pass holder please see the providers T&C's for cancellation policies

 

Are your sessions suitable for beginners?

​

Yes, we encourage all our participants to work within their own limits so they can workout safely & affectively. We also provide alternative exercises for those that may need to do a slightly easier variation or we can provide slightly harder version for those that wish to increase the intensity.

​

How are your online fitness sessions delivered?

​

Our Online Fitness workouts are run through Zoom, once you register with us via our Gym Catch booking system, you can book the virtual workouts the same way you would book the in person sessions.

​

You will receive the appropriate login details for the said session after booking the email address you registered. Follow the instructions (please not you will have to have zoom downloaded) then your good to go & ready  to workout.

​

What age can I participate?

​

Boot Camp - Due to the nature of the exercises & equipment used you have to be 18 to join in.

Boxercise - We are happy to accept 13 plus, as long as accompanied by a paying participating adult who pairs with them during the session.

​

How Experienced are the instructors?

​

Both Lee & Peter have a combined experience of over 20 years working with many clients from different backgrounds, with various goals within the fitness industry.

Both are qualified up to level 3 & 4 Personal Training & have professional recognised status with CIMPSA & also hold a current license & up to date Boxercise qualifications. You are in good hands!

Are you Insured?

​

Yes we are! Be foolish not to be.

We have both Public Liability & Professional Indemnity cover with insure 4 sport

Our professional insurance covers us for Personal Training, Boxercise, Boot Camp, Nutritional guidance & online training

Is there parking available on site?

​

Yes we offer free parking on site, although subject to change at any point

​
