First ever Boot Camp session
Really enjoyed the Boot Camp this morning! Actually turned out to be a lovely morning for it ๐
Got a fair amount of MyZone points too for the effort ๐, and.... I actually enjoyed flipping the tyres and using the sledge hammer!! ๐๐คฃ
