At home in the gym or even virtually, Personal Training sessions can be tailored & delivered to you & your very specific needs & goals.

With a range of techniques & training methods your'e sure to find the workout you need to reach your goals.

All Personal Training sessions are bespoke and not a typical cookie cutter program.

Prior to any sessions being delivered we find out more about you the client....

            We discuss....

  • Long term & short term goals

  • Exercise History 

  • Injuries, current or past

  • Eating habits

  • Body stat measurements 

Tracking your journey is an important aspect to achieving your goals, we also encourage this over the duration with regular body stat measurements & adaptations to programming.

We book our clients in every six weeks to help monitor the progress being made & encourage you to work towards your desired goal.

We also offer speciality training, using various techniques, methods & equipment from

Suspension Trainers, Kettle Bells, Resistance Bands, Slam Balls to good old fashioned Weights!

To book & pay for sessions you are required to set up a free account with us via Gym Catch. You are under no obligation to purchase any sessions once registered. 

Once registered you have the benefit of booking sessions via pay as you go or booking in blocks which can save you up to 20%

Personal Training sessions start from £35

Once you have booked a session bundle in a block, you will receive a pass in your gym catch account to book into sessions with, sessions must be used within three months of purchase, please see T&Cs
