Our Boot Camp is ideal for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness, have fun with engaging exciting sessions and being part of a like minded community.
Delivered by two fully qualified Personal Trainers with over 20 years combined experience working within the fitness industry, helping a wide range of clients achieve personal fitness goals. Now we want to help you achieve yours.
Our sessions focus on improving Strength, Endurance, Speed, Cardiovascular Fitness, Agility & Co-Ordination.
We use various body weight exercises & equipment such as ( our favourite ) Tractor Tyres, Battle Ropes, Speed & Agility Ladders, Kettle bells, Slam Balls, Skipping Ropes, Power Bands & more.
We combine this to make fun, exciting & challenging drills, circuits & team events to encourage fun & supportive competition, all to the back ground of Pete's playlist : \
Most importantly we are proud to be recognised by CIMPSA as Qualified Fitness professionals that will deliver safe & effective exercise sessions.

Our Boot Camps are mainly run outdoors, on either a solid surface or on the grass field located inside Harold Wood Primary School We do have the option to run sessions in a hall during adverse weather conditions.
We offer discounts on block bookings of 4 or 8 boot camp passes
